Return Authorization Procedure

Please review detailed description for your product for information concerning whether or not returns are allowed and the return authorization period for your particular product.

You must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number before returning any merchandise.

You can request a return authorization number by sending an email to the site administrator at: admin@forsalecalifornia.org .

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account with us
  • Quantity to be returned
  • Date of purchase for each item to be returned
  • Reason for each return
  • Whether you are requesting a replacement or a credit
  • Once you have provided us the information above we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

DOA/defective products are returned for replacement only with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% return processing service charge.

Defective products must be in original factory carton with all original packaging material and contents.

The RA number must be on the shipping label, not on the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return, or, in anyway not meeting the above criteria will be refused.

RA numbers are good for ten days only. Any product returned after the expiry date will be refused.

With certain conditions, new and unopened products can be returned for credit. Open items are limited to DOA/defective returns only.

New and unopened products must include all their original contents such as chargers, cables, assesories and main components in their original packaging.

New and unopened products must be factory sealed to be considered "new and unopened" - the tape or seal cannot be broken.

Credits are issued based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

Please note that products physically damaged during transit should be refused with the shipper if possible with the damage indicated on the POD or Bill of landing. Otherwise any damage could be refused by the carrier.

All damaged products must be reported within 10 business days or a claim may be refused.

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Waranty returns may include returning defective products to a factory authorized repair center or the factory for direct returns. We will abide by the return policies dictated by our manufacturers.

We reserve the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without notification.
